Services
What we treat, and what it costs.
Prices are per visit before insurance. Follow-up visits after an initial assessment are 30 minutes at $95.
Initial assessment
$14560 min
A full hour to hear the story, examine properly, and leave with a plan and your first exercises.
What to expect
Wear something you can move in. We take a history, test movement and strength, treat what we can on day one, and email a written plan with two or three exercises — never a sheet of twenty.
Sports injury rehabilitation
$12545 min
Sprains, strains, tendon trouble and return-to-play, from weekend runners to varsity teams.
Sports
What to expect
Bring the shoes or gear you train in. We look at the injury and the load that caused it, then build a return-to-sport timeline with clear tests you have to pass before each step.
Pelvic health physiotherapy
$16560 min
Pregnancy and postpartum care, incontinence, pelvic pain and prolapse, with practitioners trained in internal assessment.
Pelvic health
What to expect
Always in a private room, always at your pace. Internal assessment is offered when it helps and only with your consent; plenty of first visits stay external. Bring a list of what you'd like to get back to.
Post-surgical rehabilitation
$12545 min
ACL, rotator cuff, joint replacement and spinal surgery recovery, working from your surgeon's protocol.
Post-surgical
What to expect
Bring your discharge notes and any protocol your surgeon gave you. We stage the work to the healing timeline, track range and strength week by week, and report back to the surgeon when asked.
Concussion care
$15060 min
Symptom-guided return to school, work and sport, and vestibular treatment when dizziness lingers.
Concussion
What to expect
Low light, quiet room. We screen the neck, eyes and balance system, agree on a daily activity ceiling, and raise it as symptoms allow. Most people are back to full days within a few weeks.
Persistent pain program
$14560 min
For pain that has outlasted its injury. Education, graded movement and a plan measured in weeks, not visits.
Chronic pain
What to expect
The first hour is mostly conversation. We map what flares things and what settles them, then build a graded plan you can actually keep to. Fewer visits, more between them.
Practitioners
Seven physiotherapists. One of them has seen this before.
Everyone here is a registered physiotherapist with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. Filter by what's bothering you.

Direct billing
Will we bill your insurer directly?
We bill most extended-health plans, ICBC and WorkSafeBC at the front desk so you pay only what the plan doesn't cover. Type your insurer to check.
Choose an insurer to see how billing works with them.
On MSP Supplementary Benefits? MSP pays $23 a visit toward ten visits a year, shared with other practitioners. Tell the front desk and we bill that part for you.
Questions
Things people ask before they book.
If yours isn't here, call either clinic. A physiotherapist answers the awkward ones, not a script.
Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. Physiotherapy in BC is direct access, so you can book straight in. A few extended-health plans still want a doctor's note before they'll reimburse you, so check your plan if you're claiming.
What should I wear?
Something you can move in. Shorts for knees and hips, a tank top or sports bra for shoulders and necks. We have spare shorts at both clinics if you're coming from work.
How many visits will I need?
Most people are seen four to six times over six to eight weeks, with more of the work happening between visits than during them. We tell you the plan at the end of the first hour, and we'd rather discharge you early than keep you coming.
Do you treat ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims?
Yes, at both clinics. Bring your claim number and we handle the paperwork and the billing. ICBC pre-approves 25 visits within 12 weeks of a crash with no fee to you.
What's your cancellation policy?
Give us 24 hours and there's no charge. Inside 24 hours we charge $60, and a no-show is billed at the full visit price. Cancel from the link in your confirmation email or call the clinic.
Are you open evenings and weekends?
Weekday evenings until 7:00 pm in Kitsilano and 7:30 pm in North Vancouver, and Saturday mornings at both. Sundays we're closed.
